Tuzale Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on drinks, cookies, rice, Omo, and oil to strengthen her initial capital.

Tuzale Group's story

Atosha is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and leads the Tuzale groupe villageoise. She is married, thirty-eight years old and the mother of seven children, six of whom attend school and one baby. Her partner is a shopkeeper.

She sells various products at a business she started twelve years ago with start-up funds she received from her husband. Later, she joined Hekima's program to support her business, as it developed gradually. With this new loan, she will stock up on drinks, cookies, rice, Omo and oil to strengthen her initial capital. Her main business challenge is related to unpaid debts.

She would like her children to continue to study and to be able to feed her family. Finally, she thanks Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners without access to traditional banking services during the Covid-19 global pandemic.
