Flores De La Grama Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy corn, coffee, beans, etc.

Flores De La Grama Group's story

Santos is 50 years old. She is a single mother of three children. Santos earns a living selling basic grains and ground coffee. She started her business 10 years ago with much of her own sacrifices. Santos is requesting another loan from Fundenuse with Kiva in order to buy basic grains and, in this way, be able to increase her sales and obtain more income. With the previous loan, she gained many customers since she had more inventory and she was able to sell even in bulk.

Santos' dream is to maintain her customer base and continue evolving in her business. She belongs to the solidarity group called “Flores de la grama” together with Lorena and Cristina, who work making and selling nacatamales (a traditional dish), Pedro who sells donuts and Cruz, who sells basic grains.
