Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy t-shirts, shirts, pants, blouses, jeans, and other clothing items.

Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's story

The group called Mujeres Trabajadoras [Hardworking Women] is in its first cycle, where they all strive for a better quality of life for their families. They are in the poverty elimination program, striving to be able to improve themselves and get ahead.

One of the members is Devora, who engages in clothing sales. Her last survey indicated a poverty level within Level 3, which means that she has been improving through continuous effort and self-sacrifice.

She has, as her goal, to continue growing and thus to be able to continue helping her family cover its daily needs.

Devora requests this loan to buy clothing items of all types to sell, such as t-shirts, shirts, pants, blouses, jeans, and others.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo, so as to avoid people gathering together, because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
