A loan helped to buy merchandise.

Quirquinchos Group's story

Daylin is the first in the photo wearing a light blue jacket and blue jeans. In the middle is Gilka with a white sweater and black pants and beside her is Vanesa with the grey sweater.

Gilka is a young entrepreneur. Because of COVID-19 she started selling clothing as during the quarantine she only sold food goods. The wholesale merchants lowered the prices on their merchandise. At this point Gilka took the risk of buying this merchandise and when the markets were reopened all over she started to sell and discovered her ability in sales.

Gilka was studying at University but for economic reasons did not complete her studies. Now she wants to get ahead independently as due to the current situation her mother is paying for the food for the household.

The loan she is requesting will be used to buy more merchandise and have a variety of clothing at hand for all her customers and thus make more earnings. In this way she can complete her university degree and also help her mother with the household expenses.

In the photo there are only three people because of social distancing and health protocols due to the pandemic happening throughout the world.
