Simbira Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy flour wholesale.

Simbira Group's story

Anne-Marie is a client of the Hekima MFI and the leader of the Simbira village group. She is married, 40 years old, and the mother of 11 children who (have) all attend(ed) school. Her spouse is unemployed.

She sells food products. She started her business in 2000 with start-up funds she received from her husband. Later, she joined Hekima so that she could strengthen her business, and she has made steady progress.

She will use this new loan to buy flour wholesale. A lack of merchandise is her main business challenge.

She would like to see her children continue their education and she would like to build a house.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they are giving to owners of non-bankable businesses during this pandemic.
