A loan helped to buy more chicken and feed to boost her business.

Kulu's story

Kulu, 38, is happily married and has been blessed with children, the eldest being 17 years old. Both she and her husband run various businesses to support her family. Kulu runs a poultry business to help bring up her family. She enjoys this business of rearing her chickens and selling them for meat or eggs.

She would like to boost her business and she is humbly requesting a loan that will enable her to buy chicken feed and other farm inputs such as medicines. With her previous loan she was able to to grow her business and was able to pay back her loan with the help of the profits she makes. Her dream is to have a bright future with help from Kiva's field partner ECLOF Kenya.
