Mujeres De Yguazu Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy eggs, lard, corn flower, cheese and other products.

Mujeres De Yguazu Group's story

The group is in its 14th loan cycle. They are part of the program for the elimination of poverty where all of them make an effort to better themselves and get ahead. They also fight to give their families a better life quality so they don’t have to go through any difficulty.

Carmen is one of the members. She works making and selling soups and empanadas. She says that she makes them by herself and through this activity she looks for a way to support her household. Even though her work is modest, it has allowed her to support her family and give them everything that she couldn’t have.

She is requesting this loan to buy raw materials for her dishes, such as eggs, lard, corn flower, cheese and other products.

Note: there is only one person in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take the picture with all the members due to crowding and COVID-19.
