Grandes Emprendedores Group's story

The Grandes Emprendedores communal bank is made up o 8 members. Jenny is the first in the photo, wearing a grey sweater and lilac-colored bag, in the middle is Sonia, with a dark grey sweater and black leggings. On the side is Karen, who has a light grey sweater and black and white leggings.

Sonia is an enterprising mother who she has always been working from a young age. She began as market assistant in the main markets in the city. After having her own family, she saw the need to work to have her own house. Her spouse works to pay their household expenses, but Sonia's dream is to own a house. Little by little, she learned the clothing business and it was was in this way that she got a permanent stand and also makes deliveries to street vendors.

The loan she requested is to purchase clothing merchandise and to have clothing stocked for her customers since she also wants to deliver to the customers she has in the different markets in the city. In this way, she will continue saving up to own a house.

There are only three people in the photo because of biosafety measures due to the pandemic we are experiencing on a global level.
