Julia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to support her service and repair the motorcycle she uses for milk distribution.

Julia's story

Julia is a small-scale dairy farmer in Githunguri, a rich agricultural area where farming is practiced extensively. In this area, farming has been practiced for many generations, and farming skills have been passed down for many years.

Julia herself is a happily married woman with three children. She enjoys the practice and engages in it on a daily basis. She wakes up early in the morning to feed and milk her cows and then take her milk to the market. Afterwards she comes to attend to her farm, which forms part of her daily activities.

The main challenge she faces is getting her milk to the market because she is not near the market, and her motorcycle has broken down. She is humbly requesting another loan to help repair her motorcycle. She hopes that lenders will listen to her request, which will enable her to continue growing her business.

Her last loan was also used to boost her farming, and through her profits, she was able to pay the loan back on time. She plans to pay for her loan the same way, by using her profits.

Her dream is to support her family and her children to achieve their dreams and to become financially stable.
