Akonkwa Panzi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a sack of young fish which will reinforce her initial capital.

Akonkwa Panzi Group's story

Mme Justine is a client of Hekima IMF and overseas the village group AKONKWA PANZI. She is married, 42 years old and the mother of five. All of her children attend school. Her spouse is a mason's assistant.

She sells young fish which is a business she began twelve years ago with the start up funds supplied by her husband. Later, she became involved in the Hekima program to support her business and over time it has grown progressively. With this new loan, she will purchase one sack of young fish which will reinforce her initial capital. The challenge in her business is related to a poor selection of merchandise.

She would like her children to continue attending school and to renovate her house. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to business non-bankable owners in the context of the global cover-19 crisis. The photo is of the group leader only due to cover-19 social distancing measures.
