Esther 43, is a hardworking single mum of four children. She wakes up early in the morning to open her restaurant and begin serving tea and mandazis with the help of her employees. One of her employees can be seen standing at the back but her identity has been blurred to protect her privacy.

Some of the customers Esther targets during this early hours as she warms up for her day are the young working class men who are mostly unmarried. Esther enjoys her large customer base as it greatly boosts her business.

By lunch time food is ready and her restaurant is teeming with hungry customers most of whom are her regulars and she has a good relationship with them. This customers are the lifeline of her business and who enable her business to grow by referring her business to more potentially new loyal customers.

Esther enjoys this business and loves to prepare food for her warm clientele. She is humbly seeking a loan that will enable her to add stock of more foodstuffs to boost her business.
