Grupo Unido Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fabrics, threads, rubber bands, buttons and other products.

Grupo Unido Group's story

The committee called "Grupo Unido" is a new committee made up of 17 women who are neighbours and friends. They are all very connected and supportive to each other.

Standing out among them is Elsa, who is married and a mother. She is a dressmaker. She makes clothes and does repairs to be able to help with the household income. Elsa and her husband seek the way to be able to move their children forward and give them a dignified life without missing out on necessities as they do.

Elsa is happy for the opportunity to form part of the group, which will really help her and allow her to continue growing and improving. She asked for this loan to buy materials for her dressmaking, such as fabrics, threads, rubber bands, buttons and other products.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible to avoid mass gatherings of people in the Covid-19 pandemic.
