'Ungatea's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to hire a group of women to help with her weaving.

'Ungatea's story

'Ungatea has recovered her business from the damage that was cause by T.C. Harold last year. Her pandanus were damaged, so she had to apply last year for a loan to recover her business. She is a mother to her three children, and her husband is her main supporter with her business.

He even helps 'Ungatea with preparing her pandanus for her weaving. 'Ungatea weaves taovala and mats, then sells it out locally and also overseas. She has constant customers who order more than one mat and taovala from her, and 'Ungatea is thinking of hiring a group of women to help her weave these mats, but she does not have money. So she decided to apply for another loan to hire a group of women to help with her weaving.

'Ungatea and her husband are planning on expanding their house for their children are growing up, and they need their own space instead of sharing rooms. Their plan will only be implemented with her business running very well.
