Juhudi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped who is going to stock up with plates, pots, spoons and canteens, which will build up her starting capital.

Juhudi Group's story

Sylvie is a client of the IMF Hekima and presides over the "groupe villageoise" JUHUDI. She is married, 39 years old and the mother of seven children, all of whom are in school. Her partner is a humanitarian worker. She is a plate saleswoman. She started this business five years ago with start up funds received from her husband. Later, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which, she has progressively evolved. With this new loan she is going to stock up with some plates, pots, spoons and canteens, which will build up her working capital. The challenge in her business is tied to the lack of customers and the poor choice of merchandise. She would like for her children to continue to study and for her to feed her family. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to non bankable business owners in the context of this global crisis tied to COVID-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group because of COVID-19 and respecting social distancing measures.
