Dukundumurimo Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more oranges, tomato plants, lemons, bananas, and passion fruits.

Dukundumurimo Cb Group's story

Azele is a 42-year-old mother of five children aged between 3 and 16 years. Her husband is a construction worker and for the past twenty one years, she has been selling fruits.

Azele is the leader of the group named Dukundumurimo CB, which means “Love work" in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Azele will use her portion of the loan to buy more oranges, tomato plants, lemons, bananas and passion fruits to sell in her community so that she can meet the customer demand. With the profits she will earn from her sales, she will be able to expand her business. Azele is grateful for the support of the lenders.

Note: Due to the global pandemic, Urwego Bank was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
