Lukoo Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on generic and specialty medications, which will add to her starting capital.

Lukoo Group's story

Mrs. Salome is a Hekima IMF client who presides over the groupe villageois "LUKOO." She is a 47-year-old married mother of five, all of whom go to school. Her partner is in commerce.

She sells pharmaceutical products, a business she started in 2006 with funds from her husband. Later, she incorporated the Hekima program to support her business, which overtime she progressively grew. With this new loan, she is going to stock up on generic and specialty medications, which will add to her starting capital. Her business' challenge is linked to the expiration dates of the medications and the multiple state taxes.

She would like for her children to continue their education and be fed. In the end, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to unprofitable business owners in this context of a global crisis linked to COVID-19. The photo is only of the group leader because of COVID-19 out of respect of social distancing measures.
