Twizerane Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sorghum, maize and beans to sell.

Twizerane Cb Group's story

Agnes is a 51-year-old mother of six children aged between 9 and 19 years. Her husband is a businessman and for the past nine years, Agnes has been selling foodstuffs.

Agnes is the leader of the group named Twizerane CB, which means “Trusting each other" in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Agnes will use her portion of the loan to buy more sorghum, maize and beans to sell in her community so that she can meet customer demands. With the profit she earns from her sales, Agnes will be able to furnish her house.

Agnes is grateful for the support of the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
