Ushindi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy six sacks of fry fish to reinforce her initial capital.

Ushindi Group's story

Madame Jeannette is a client of Hekima IMF and presides over the "Ushindi" village group; she is a widow, 60 years old, and mother to six children, all of whom attend school.
She sells small fry fish, she started this business in her youth at the age of 26 years with startup funds received from a tontine. Later she involved the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which she evolved progressively. With this new loan, she will buy six sacks of small fry fish, which will reinforce her initial capital. Her business reports no problems.
She would like for her children to continue studying, and would like to build a house. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and their partners for the support offered to business owners without traditional banking access in the context of the global crisis associated with Covid-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group because of Covid-19 social distancing rules.
