Elenora's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Elenora's story

Elenora sends greetings from the village of Kum-Dobo. She is thankful to the Kiva sponsors for the financial support they gave her earlier to increase her cattle headcount. She will now be grateful to receive another loan, and promises to do a good job of repaying it. This time she is asking for 150,000 som (KGS) to buy more cows to feed and fatten, so she can sell the organic milk they produce.

Elenora is a hardworking, 45-year-old, married woman with three grown children. She is a farmer and is focused on increasing her headcount as her main economic activity. She launched this business in 2005, her goal at the time being to boost her family's income. Elenora is determined to develop her business and save money to buy more livestock.
