Florencia is married with 8 children; she is 52 years old.

She did not grow up with her parents. Her mother died when she was 11, so she had to drop out of school and took care of her siblings. She is the third child, she and her siblings grew up in poverty. They did not have shoes and used the same clothes.

She got married when she was 16; her stepmother did not treat her well.

She found out about the opportunity to get credit from her neighbors, who told her that Chajulense Association of Women United for Life gave credit to women.

With her first credit, she set up a small grocery store. This year, with her second credit, she will expand her store by buying milk, eggs, and soda and offering fresh vegetables.
