Nima Tatiana's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy coconuts, milk, sugar, spices, disposable containers, and other supplies.

Nima Tatiana's story

Nima Tatiana is 21 years old, single, and has no children at the moment. She lives at her mother’s house in Picoazá, which is known for trade, its religious festivals, and for being a producer of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits. The main commercial center for informal trade is located in this province.

Nima Tatiana and her mother make artisanal sweets such as troliches, sesame candy, cookies, coconut macaroons, huevos moyos, and other delicacies. They sell their products every day from their home and their relatives also sell them in different neighborhoods. Nima Tatiana did not work at the start of the pandemic because of the social isolation and the fear of getting sick, but now she is following biosafety protocols.

This loan will be used to buy coconuts, milk, sugar, spices, disposable containers, and other supplies. Her dreams are to have more sales than before and to see her family in good health.
