Ramona De Jesus's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy pigs.

Ramona De Jesus's story

Ramona lives with her family. She is a very hardworking, exemplary person dedicated to her home and daily activities. She is also very responsible with her financial obligations. She makes her living raising and butchering pigs as well as selling “nacatamales” [a traditional Nicaraguan tamale made with corn dough which is stuffed with chicken or pork, then wrapped in plantain leaves and steamed].

She is applying for the loan to buy pigs because she wants to expand her livestock and thus gradually generate more income.

She is very grateful for the support during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Her dream is to get out of the pandemic she lives in and have income so that her family does not go through hardship.
