Everline's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase hybrid seeds and fertilizer for the cultivation of maize.

Everline's Group's story

Everline, pictured above, has been a farmer for 6 years and is now proud to represent her group of 14 farmers in Alego District. She is 29 years old, married, and has 4 children.

Everline likes to think of herself as a very trustworthy person. She has been working with One Acre Fund since 2016 and decided to represent her group as she was proposed by the team. She says that being part of the One Acre Fund community has meant she has been able to consistently feed her family. Everline plans to use the profits from this coming season to buy a goat.

In total, Everline’s Group will receive inputs to cultivate 4.25 acres of land. Since some members of the group will also be purchasing a solar light with the loan, the group will also receive a total of 4 solar lights.
