Jairo Jesus's story

Jairo, age 47, is a micro-entrepreneur living in the city of Cartagena. For more than three years, he has a bakery business, offering products including cheese bread, salt bread, cupcakes, desserts, and biscuits. He began his business after learning through working with a friend for several years. Little by little, he has been acquiring all the equipment for the bakery. In his house, he has fixed up a space for his business. He demonstrates responsibility and organization managing it.

Due to the pandemic, his sales were affected, and thus his income. Thanks to the economic reactivation, his sales are increasing, and so he seeks to mitigate the impact of Covid-19. He is applying for a Kiva loan, his first financing from the Fundación Santo Domingo, to invest in the purchase of flour, cheese, eggs, pudding, butter, yeast, etc. Please support him in his loan for his business; he will be a success.
