Salima's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk she sells.

Salima's story

This wonderful woman is Salima. She is 50 years old, married, and all her children are young. She has a secondary education and a compassionate and friendly character. She has farmed and bred cattle since 1990 to earn her family's primary income. Thanks to Salima's hard work and her spouse's help on the farm, today her farm has three cows and two horses. She has a contract to supply organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continually invest in her agricultural business.

When Salima found out she could get a loan from Bai Tushum Bank under pledge of contract for the future supply of a Value Added Chain product, she applied for a loan of 85,000 KGS to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk. Payment for the milk from the factory will be directly deposited in Salima's bank account, and payments on the loan automatically deducted. The income from the loan will help further develop her farm and build a new, large pen.
