Jemimah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more raw supplies for her food business.

Jemimah's story

Jemimah is a 20-year-old entrepreneur who lives with her mother in the Assin District of Ghana. She operates a business selling food. Jemima is requesting a Kiva loan to buy more raw supplies to increase her profit margin. She plans to use the profit she earns to pay her school fees.

To repay the ‘social interest’ on her loan, she will volunteer two and a half hours per week as a CAMFED Loan Coordinator, using her expertise to mentor and support fellow CAMFED Association borrowers in her community to complete the repayment of their loans.
