Angel Maria Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy shirts, pants, blouses, undershirts, shorts, and other items.

Angel Maria Group's story

Sixteen women make up this women's committee, with the goal of offering their loved ones better living conditions. They help one another to achieve their objectives. They are from the city of Curuguaty, a sensitive area due to the presence of armed groups. All of the women are looking for ways to provide the best for their loved ones.

One of the members is Karen, who is a saleswoman. She is a street vendor of clothing, and she comments that things have gone well for her and that she already has an established clientele. She is a tenacious person with a desire to get ahead. This is why she decided to join this group and work together with the other women. They are happy for the opportunity they receive, which will be very useful for them to achieve their goals.

Karen requests a loan for the purchase of varied clothing items for resale, such as shirts, pants, blouses, undershirts, shorts, and additional items, so that she can keep on working and meet her customers' needs.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo because of the need to avoid getting people together during the Covid-19 pandemic.
