Kandalat's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase cattle to increase income from raising livestock.

Kandalat's story

This beautiful woman, Kandalat, is 64 years old, married, and has 2 children. She has a secondary education.

As the main income for her family, she has been engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming since 1994. Thanks to the hard work of Kandalat and the help of her husband with the farm, today her farm has 2 cows, 4 horses, and 1.89 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows environmentally friendly cotton and hayfields.

In order to further develop her farm, Kandalat asks for support from Kiva in the amount of 100,000 KGS to buy livestock in order to increase income from breeding livestock and the sale of organic milk.

The income from the loan will help her expand the farm by increasing the number of thoroughbred cows.
