Anjeline's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase hybrid seeds and fertilizer for the cultivation of maize.

Anjeline's Group's story

Anjeline, pictured above, has been a farmer for more than 20 years and is now proud to represent 11 farmers in Alego District. She is 62 years old, married, and has 2 children.

Anjeline likes to think of herself as a very friendly person. She has been working alongside One Acre Fund since 2015 and decided to represent her group because she was proposed by team. She says that being part of the One Acre Fund community has meant that she has been able to consistently feed her family. Anjeline plans to use the profits from this coming season to repair her home.

In total, Anjeline’s Group will receive inputs to cultivate 7 acres of land. The group will also receive 2 solar lights.
