Gulzat's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy cattle to increase her income from raising cattle.

Gulzat's story

This wonderful woman is Gulzat. She is 52 and married and lives with her three children in the Ysykkul district. This region is very well suited to agriculture. Her family runs an inspiring farm with three cows and 30 sheep. She also has 1.64 hectares of land where she grows clover, apples and apricots. She makes every effort to keep her farm at a productive level, as their income strongly depends on it. Their income from sales over the past 30 years has been their main source of income.

Gulzat has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 KGS to buy livestock to expand her farm and to be able to send livestock into the mountains. This fall she will resell the livestock to earn a profit.
