Jesús Es Mi Pastor Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy rice, beans, sugar, oil, cornmeal, oats, soap, etc.

Jesús Es Mi Pastor Group's story

Martha is a small businesswoman who has made a living by running a small grocery store for two years. She decided to start this business, and it is going well for her. She previously made a living selling secondhand clothing, but her highest earnings were only made during coffee season.

Her income has now improved because she switched businesses.

She is once again requesting a Fundenuse loan with Kiva funds in order to purchase rice, beans, sugar, cooking oil, cornmeal, oats, soap, etc. With her previous loan, Martha invested in inventory for her business. She was able to make a good profit from those sales.

Her future goal is to be able to build her own home since she currently lives in her mother's home.

Martha, along with María Lidia and María Ofelia, belongs to the "Jesús Es Mi Pastor" ["Jesus Is My Shepherd"] communal bank. Both María Lidia and María Ofelia make a living by running a small grocery store.
