Maria Elena's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy and sell firewood and charcoal.

Maria Elena's story

Maria Elena has had a coal sales business for several years. She along with her husband and her daughter are struggling to have a stable economy and thus move ahead. Maria Elena buys the charcoal by sacks and then transfers them to bags and then sells them from store to store for distribution to final consumers.

Despite the pandemic, the sale has remained stable. She thanks God that blesses her every day and thanks the Fape foundation for supporting her through the loans previously acquired.

Now she has started a new business, which is the sale of split firewood, since the people of her locality have asked her and seeing that it is profitable, she decided to continue with the investment for which she requests a new loan, since she does not have enough capital to invest in this new firewood sales business and also continue buying charcoal.
