Servidor El Señor Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy corn, oil, plantains, cheese, cabbage, meats, etc.

Servidor El Señor Group's story

Francisca is 42 years old, married, and the mother of three children. She makes a living in the preparation and sale of fried foods.

She started selling in a cafeteria of a school in her community for seven years, but for 3 years she has been selling in hers own store in her neighbourhood where she sells in the afternoon and part of the night. She makes products such as tacos, enchiladas, “repochetas” (fried tortillas topped with beans, cheese, and other toppings), “tajadas” (fried plantains), prepared cold drinks, among other products.

She requests a loan from Fundenuse with Kiva funds for the purchase of raw materials for the production of her products. Her future plans are to improve her business and start selling used clothing to diversify her income.

She belongs to the solidarity group "Servador del Señor" along with Filomena who makes a living in the “fritanga” (fried foods) business, Yeril who works in the clothing and footwear business, María who sells fried foods and sweets in a school cafeteria and Leskar who makes a living in the used clothing business.
