Leonor's story

Leonor is a 24 year old young entrepreneur. She has a degree in Languages and Literature but she earns her living providing manicure services. While studying in secondary school when she was 11 years old. something important occurred to her, which was to make the most of her spare time. Today that has led her to become very efficient in doing acrylic nails. She started this watching YouTube videos and with her mother's help she managed to learn this trade. She was working as a teacher but seeing that her clientele in her nail business was growing she quit teaching. Up to the present her work doing nails has been well received in the place where she lives.

She is once again requesting a loan from Fundenuse with funds from Kiva to buy the material she needs for her work. With the earnings she has obtained from her work through the loans she has been provided with, she is building her house. Part of this loan will be invested in setting up a shop in her house to establish her business and get ahead. She has the same goal of growing in her business and offering training courses in this labor for interested individuals and make some extra income.
