Ndarikana Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up with 2 bags of beans, which will build up her working capital.

Ndarikana Group's story

Christelle is a client of the IMF Hekima and presides over the village group, « NDARIKANA ». She is a 40 year old widow and the mother of five children, all of whom are in school. She is a bean saleswoman. She started this business seven years ago with start up funds received from her husband. Later, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which she progressively developed. With this new loan she is going to stock up with two bags of beans, which will build up her working capital. The challenge of her business is tied to the lack of customers.
She would like for her children to continue to study, for her to feed her family and to do some construction. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to unbankable business owners in the context of this global crisis tied to COVID-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group because of COVID-19, to respect social distancing measures.
