Zoila Morelia's story

Zoila currently lives in a rural area in Chuasqui, which is located in the north of Ecuador. Her village is very small and the main activities there are agriculture and ranching.
Zoila is 25 years old. She is married and the mother of two children. She lives in a house that she inherited from her parents.
Zoila, her husband, her 5-year-old child and the other child, who is on the way, returned to their birth town after the pandemic as her husband lost his job as a driver after the previous months of lockdown. They started working daily as day labourers and raising pigs, activities which have allowed them to financially support their home.
Zoila is characterized as being a determined woman who seeks the well-being of her children and husband. She desires to give them a better quality of life than what she had. This is why she is requesting a loan to buy more pigs and food.
Zoila is grateful for your support and is happy to be able to continue with her business, increase her income and improve her financial stability.
