Mujeres Guapas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy starch, cheese, eggs, butter, salt, and other products.

Mujeres Guapas Group's story

This group is made up of 15 women and was created to enable its members to grow and get ahead. They have set themselves the goal to grow, not only financially, but also as people.

One of the members is Ylda, who makes and sells chipas, a typical Paraguayan food eaten throughout the year. She is a fighter who starts every day early in the morning and then goes out to sell her products from place to place. Her goal is to continue her work and give the best to her family so they do not have to endure hardship.

She is requesting this loan to buy ingredients to continue making and selling her chipas. She will buy starch, cheese, eggs, butter, salt, and other products.

Note: Although only one person appears in the photo, this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible because of social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
