Sreylack's story

Sreylack, age 25, is single and lives with her family in the area of Lvea Aem district, in Kandal province. At home, Sreylack has been operating a small coffee shop, offering many coffee products to local people in her community. She makes a suitable income of 7 USD per day, from which she can cover her daily expenses. She has loyal customers who enjoy coffee, espresso, latte, tea, and a variety of pastries and other goodies. She regularly learns new techniques to safely prepare coffee, and she pays attention to her tasks. She is shown with her sibling in the photo.

Because of a shortage in her finances, she has applied for a loan in the amount of KHR 8,000,000 to pay for ground filler to cover the mud around her house. With this loan, she can pay for the ground filling and provide her family members with a good environment and fresh air, protecting them from illness and creating good living conditions. In the future, she aims to renovate her old house and increase her coffee shop by purchasing more grocery products to sell in order to earn additional income. She believes that through her hard work and perseverance she will be able to attain a better standard of living some day.
