Anarbubu's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase the volume of her milk sales.

Anarbubu's story

This lovely lady is Anarbubu. She is 55 years old and married, and all her children are grown. She has a secondary education, and is warmhearted and kindly by nature. She has been raising livestock and growing crops since 2005, and this is her family's main source of income. Thanks to her hard work and her husband's help with the farm, it presently consists of three cows, 20 sheep, and a horse.

Anarbubu has a contract to deliver organic milk to a local plant, where it is processed into dairy products. This permits her to put money back into her business on an ongoing basis. After learning that she could obtain a loan from Bai Tushum Bank, using as collateral the contract for future deliveries under a Value-Added-Chain arrangement, she has applied for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy dairy cows. Her goal in this is to increase her milk sales. The dairy plant's payments for the milk will be deposited directly into Anarbubu's bank account, and the loan payments will be automatically deducted. The income generated by this loan will help her develop her farm going forward.
