01 Sultanes Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to expand her business selling sausage sandwiches.

01 Sultanes Group's story

The communal bank "01 Sultanes" is part of the Juan Pablo II agency. It is made up of eight members, who are friends, and directed by a board of directors, of which Vilma is the president.

The loan they are taking out will benefit small business-people like Vilma, who is a member. She currently has a business selling choripanes [sausage sandwiches]; she informs that she learned this business by helping out her mother, and that she's worked in the business for several years.

She will use this current loan to augment capital for the purchase of sausages, breads, and dressings acquired at wholesale from the wholesale sellers in Ciudad de La Paz. Then she will make and sell sandwiches at her sales location.

This manner of working enables her to earn financial resources. She is 38 years of age, married, and she has three children. Her aspiration is to expand her business.

Note: There are only three people in the photo because of the Covid-19 health emergency. That's why a photo of the entire group was not taken, that is, to avoid grouping people together.
