Sharapat's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Sharapat's story

The 61-year-old Sharapat, a single mother with one son, has a secondary education and teaches school. Industrious, goal-oriented, and enterprising by nature, she is well familiar with agricultural techniques and knows how to use resources for their intended purpose. To supplement her income, she has been raising livestock since 2000. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach, she has been able to develop her farm, so that it now consists of three cows, 50 sheep, and a horse.

In order to develop her business further, Sharapat has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS), to buy dairy cows. Her aim in this is to increase her sales of organic milk and her cattle-breeding income. She is planning to put the income generated by the loan into the ongoing development of her farm.
