Teddy's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase inventory stock of dry corn and millet.

Teddy's story

Teddy is a female Ugandan aged 44 years. She lives in Karuguuza, Kibaale district. She is married and has three children, two of whom are school-going.

She is a very hardworking and determined businesswoman dealing in the sale of agricultural produce, an activity she has done for the past five years. She has been able to meet most of the basic requirements of life, including educating her children and constructing a fairly good residential house, due to this business. As a side source of income, Teddy is employed as an enrolled nurse in a government hospital.

She is a first-time borrower with UGAFODE and is seeking a credit facility of UGX 5,000,000 to restock her store with dry corn and millet. Her business is majorly suffocated by price fluctuations, which affect the business income.

She is hopeful the loan will be instrumental in advancing her business.
