Micheal is a male Ugandan aged 59 years. He is from Kitoro, Nyamacumu, in Kagadi district. He is married and has eight children, three of whom are school-going. He is a very hardworking and committed businessman operating a standardized carpentry workshop. As a secondary source of income, he also does commercial farming. The client leads a comfortably good life because of these revenue sources.

He is a second-time borrower with UGAFODE and has taken a credit facility of UGX 10,000,000 to use as working capital for his business, specifically for buying raw materials for processing furniture products. He is always faced with a challenge of delayed payments by his customers, which hampers the cash flows, but he has diversified the flow of his revenue streams.
