Las Cinco Rosas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to raise and fatten pigs and chickens.

Las Cinco Rosas Group's story

Fatima is married. She has a son who depends on her. Her husband is a coffee grower. She works as a seamstress (she makes dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, suits, pants, school uniforms, among others). These services are provided to residents of her community and she has a high demand for her services.

In addition to this business, she earns a living raising and fattening pigs as well as raising free-range chickens. Pigs are fed and sold when they reach a proper weight. In addition to selling chickens, they also produce eggs, which is another source of income and food for her family.

She is applying for a loan to buy two pigs to fatten and 20 farm chickens. Fatima is the person shown in the photograph dressed in a pink blouse and black skirt.
