Amani Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on 30 sacks of corn flour to strengthen her initial capital.

Amani Group's story

Denise is a Hekima client and chairs the "Amani" village group. She is married, 50 years old, and mother of six children, all of whom attend school. Her partner is a mechanic.

Denise sells corn flour. She launched this business 10 years ago with start-up funds received from her husband. Later, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which she has gradually evolved. With this new loan, she will stock up on 30 sacks of corn flour, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge of her business is linked to climatic disasters.

She would like for her children to continue their studies and to purchase a plot of land. Finally, she wants to thank Hekima and its partners for their support of non-bankable business owners in the context of the global crisis linked to COVID-19.
