Ken's story

Ken is a humble villager living in Angkor Borei district, Takeo province, with her spouse and two grown-up children. She is an industrious woman who works by the sweat from her brow to earn a livelihood. Her primary focused businesses are farming and raising poultry. Income from which she can cover her daily costs and support her children’s education as well as their allowances. She wants to be more successful in her family-owned agribusinesses and earn a good income to meet her daily living needs. However, the way she does farming is still based on the traditional method.

At the moment, Her home is under construction and she needs more materials to have it finished.

Due to a shortage of money, she is asking for a loan to buy construction supplies for the renovation of her home. She has requested a loan in the amounting of KHR 8,000,000 to buy cement, bricks, zincs, and other equipment for the renovation. She hopes that, through the help of the loan, she can provide everyone in her family with a suitable place to live and comfortable living conditions and has the zincs to cover her old roofs to protect from raining climate.
