Abiringiye Cb Group's story

Eugenie is a 35-year-old mother of four children aged between 2 and 12 years old. Her husband is a farmer. For the past five years, she has owned a food stall.

She is the leader of the group named Abiringiye CB, which, in English, means “People Who Have Trusted.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Eugenie will use her loan to buy more beans, banana plantains and Irish potatoes to sell in her community, and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family and also provide school fees for her children.

Eugenie is thankful for your support,

Due to the global pandemic Urwego was not able to photograph all the members but Urwego was able to get one representative for the group photo.
