Corazon De Jesus Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock the store and to buy groceries like basic grains, cooking oil, household care products, and soft drinks, among others.

Corazon De Jesus Group's story

Meet the entrepreneurs in the Corazón de Jesus Group. For two loan cycles they have worked together to strengthen their businesses like selling clothes, meat, making clothes, women's jewelry, and a grocery store.

Rosibel de lo Angeles (the woman raising her hand) is an outstanding member. She is 54 years old, honest, happy, and the single mother of six children. She dreams of seeing her business progress and of buying her own land in order to build her house.

The loans have allowed her to improve her quality of life. She will use a new loan to stock her store and to buy groceries like basic grains, cooking oil, household care products, and soft drinks, among others. Before the pandemic she sold clothes and shoes in an itinerant manner.

However, being cautious and in order to reduce contagion by Covid-19, she decided to set up a grocery store from the comfort of the home where she lives.
