Hosiyatkhon's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy seeds, fertilizer, and waterproof cloth in order to grow organic produce.

Hosiyatkhon's story

Hosiyatkhon, a 63-year-old businesswoman, is married with five children. She has a secondary education and has been farming for 35 years. This is her main source of income. Thanks to Hosiyatkhon's hard work, her farm presently consists of nine cows and a 1.56-hectare plot of land on which she grows rice for sale. She maintains a cold frame on that land. Hosiyatkhon's monthly income totals 20,000 som (KGS).

In order to develop her farm further, Hosiyatkhon has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 165,000 som, to buy fertilizer, seeds, and waterproof cloth for the cold frame, so that she can grow organic produce. She is planning to put the income generated by the loan toward the ongoing expansion of her business.
