Nurgul's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase her sales of milk to a local plant.

Nurgul's story

Nurgul has used her previous loan for its intended purpose and is very grateful to Kiva and to all who helped her with that financing. Her farm consists at present of four cows, 20 sheep, and a 0.46-hectare plot of land on which she grows potatoes

Nurgul has again turned to Bai Tushum Bank, this time for a loan of 250,000 som (KGS), to buy a dairy cow. This will increase her cattle headcount and her sales of organic milk to a local plant. She is planning to put the interest generated by the loan into the ongoing development of her farm and her children's education, also putting a portion of it aside to begin construction on a house.
